Consultancy Announcement: Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Trainer for Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs) practitioners

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to engage a Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Trainer to enhance the capacity of General Practitioners (GPs), family medicine doctors, and medical coordinators/directors at six Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs) across Lebanon, supported by Premiere Urgence – Aide Medicale Internationale (PUI). The NCD Trainer will provide educational sessions and training on NCD management for incoming beneficiaries encompassing symptoms, diagnosis, referral pathways, and treatment plans. This initiative aims to improve the quality of healthcare service delivery at PHCCs through well-informed practitioners. The consultant is expected to analyze the effectiveness of the training, identify needs for further on-the-job coaching, and produce a comprehensive final report offering recommendations and analyses of the training outcomes.
