Request for Proposal for rapid gender assessment for Central Administration

Objectives: The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking to conduct a request for proposal for a rapid gender assessment within Egypt. This effort will focus on assessing the Central Administration for Youth Development at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The intention is to conduct capacity-building activities that develop youth-serving institutional staff in gender-equitable practices. This involves transforming patriarchal norms and advancing gender equality, with a focus on involving young men in caregiving responsibilities and increasing women’s participation in the labor market. The program will span Egypt and reinforce institutional initiatives, ensuring alignment with national gender strategies.
