Eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants for this tender include consulting firms and institutions that demonstrate qualifications and relevant experience in executing similar services. Entities must provide information confirming their capability, such as brochures or portfolios detailing similar projects previously conducted, experience in comparable conditions, and availability of skilled technical team members with necessary expertise. Participation is open to consulting firms from eligible countries per the Inter-American Development Bank's policies. Firms may participate either as single entities or form associations or subcontracting arrangements to enhance their qualifications. The selection process adheres to the Quality and Cost-Based Selection method as stipulated in the Bank's policies.
