Civil registration awareness: Nationwide SMS campaign

Objectives: The assignment aims to enhance public awareness among the Tajik population, focusing particularly on vulnerable groups like women and persons with disabilities (PwD), about the civil registration processes and the importance of acquiring vital event certificates for exercising human rights. Additionally, the campaign seeks to inform the population about changes in the civil registration system, specifically the decree issued by the Ministry of Justice on February 28, 2025, which made the registration acts of birth, adoption, and death completely free of charge, removing fees and associated costs.
