Consultancy to Consolidate the Project Completion Report and Facilitate the Project Closure Workshop

Objectives: The consultancy aims to synthesize and consolidate various project documents into a comprehensive completion report for the Strengthening Climate Resilience in the Mekong Sub-region (SCR) Project, covering its outcomes from 2022 to 2025. Additionally, the consultant will design and facilitate a regional project closure workshop to document project learnings and celebrate its achievements. The SCR project, funded by DFAT with a budget of AUD 4.5 million, aims to enhance the resilience of communities in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Vietnam through inclusive Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation planning, and improved use of hydro-meteorological data. The project is led by Oxfam in partnership with civil organizations and local authorities, emphasizing Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion principles.
