Provision of Services for private sector assessment & explore Women opportunities

Objectives: The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) seeks to carry out a private sector assessment to explore opportunities for women-led businesses and enhance women's access to long-term employment in Kandahar's private sector. The targeted initiative aims to address and improve the employment conditions for women, retain female employees, and facilitate their financial empowerment in a harassment-free environment. By evaluating private sector companies' progress and needs, the objective is to identify opportunities for gender mainstreaming and document good practices. This strategic intervention aligns with UN Women's broader commitment to bolstering gender equality and women's empowerment in Afghanistan.
