Objectives: The overall objective of the assignment is to provide comprehensive assessment, structure, and approval capabilities for the Mugla Water Project in Turkey, addressing its significant water loss and infrastructure aging issues. The project involves rehabilitation of water transmission and distribution lines, installation of water meters, and implementation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to reduce non-revenue water and increase subscriber access. Financial and economic analysis, Environmental and Social Assessment (ESA), and compliance with EBRD and EU standards are key to project feasibility validation and financing consideration.
