Project external evaluation / Towards flexible action for inclusive access to education and vocational training and the construction of a society attentive to mental health issues and respect for people’s rights

Objectives: The tender aims to commission an external evaluation of the project 'Towards flexible action for inclusive access to education and vocational training and the construction of a society attentive to mental health issues and respect for people’s rights,' implemented in Sierra Leone, Togo, Madagascar, and Lebanon from January 2022 to December 2025. This evaluation will assess the project's success in enhancing mental health strategies, consolidating community-based care services, and promoting mental health awareness in collaboration with users. The evaluation should provide insights into the project's effectiveness, relevance, impact, and sustainability, identifying lessons learned and offering recommendations for future projects. Additionally, the evaluation is expected to reinforce the capacities of stakeholders and ensure compliance with international standards and conventions, thereby contributing to improved living conditions for vulnerable populations through an inclusive, participatory approach.
