Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms should be legally constituted entities within their respective countries, as specified in the Inter-American Development Bank’s policies. Firms can participate individually or as part of a joint venture or association, to enhance their qualifications. Consultants must demonstrate relevant experience in supervision of construction, expansion, improvement, or rehabilitation of asphalt-paved roads within the last 10 years. Submissions should include a declaration of interest, legal identification of the consultant or consortium, legal representation details, and contact information. The expression of interest should provide evidence of the firm’s experience, including project details, contract value, start and end dates, contracting entity, and a project description. A shortlist will be drawn up, representing a wide geographical distribution, conforming to the Bank's selection and contracting policies, with selection based on Quality and Cost-Based Selection method.
