RFP-ICT service for UN women Bangladesh

Objectives: The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, UN Women Bangladesh, seeks to procure ICT Service Desk services to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of IT infrastructure at its offices in Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar. The objective is to maintain and support the IT environment, providing technical support for video conferencing, network and hardware management, system backups, and ensuring operational compliance with global UN Women ICT policies. The ultimate aim is to have a reliable ICT service to support the organization's objectives in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment by consistently ensuring access to IT resources.
