Procurement of 330-400 kV support insulators

Eligibility criteria: Organisations eligible to apply for this tender must be legally established entities, either public or private, adhering to the commercial laws and regulations pertinent to their regions. Specifically, entities must be legally registered in the European Union, a member state of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or a third country that has signed relevant international agreements. Applicants should not be connected to legal entities in territories such as the Russian Federation, Belarus, or other regions specified as under restriction for reasons including, but not limited to, international sanctions and trade limitations. Furthermore, organisations must not have any legal or financial constraints precluding them from undertaking such procurement activities, and must demonstrate economic capacity and technical capability to supply and deliver the required insulators according to tender specifications. Financial standards, as outlined in the procurement documentation, must be met, ensuring the entity's capability to finance the contracted supply chain without compromise. Suppliers from regions or entities under international sanctions cannot participate in this procurement process.
