Contratación de servicios técnicos especializados para la prestación de servicios de formación en determinados perfiles profesionales digitales como parte del proyecto “EXTREMADURA CONNECTED: WOMEN IN TECH”

Objectives: The project 'EXTREMADURA CONNECTED: WOMEN IN TECH' is spearheaded by Plan International and aims to enhance the employability and entrepreneurship of young women aged 16 to 29 in the digital sector. These women should be unemployed, not currently studying, and in vulnerable situations. The project seeks to bridge the digital gap in Spain by developing and equipping these women with digital and entrepreneurial skills necessary for employment or self-employment. The training encompasses 160 hours focused on high-demand skills such as AI usage, data analysis, web development, and digital content creation to align with labor market demands. Additionally, the project provides avenues for entrepreneurship tailored to the digital sector, ensuring participants can effectively transition into the job market post-training.
