Contratacao de consultor - acesso ao financiamento

Objectives: The objective of this task is to hire a short-term Finance Access Consultant to help develop strategies aimed at increasing commercial finance access for MPMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in agriculture. The consultant will critically analyze current implementation against program designs, identifying which activities should be ongoing, which are delayed, and if the correct ecosystem actors are engaged. They will offer advisory services on better structuring and leveraging grants to encourage financial access and propose models adapted to beneficiaries' needs.
