Media Campaign 2025-2026

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to procure professional services for designing and implementing a media campaign focused on preventing H-2 visa fraud among Guatemalan nationals. The campaign aims to reach two audiences: rural populations at risk of fraud by false recruiters, and urban youth susceptible to misinformation and visa overstay risks. It will leverage characters like 'Manuel,' who represents trustworthy civic-minded advising, and introduce new, relatable icons like 'Manuel's Nephew' for urban outreach. The campaign is structured to deliver messaging across traditional and digital media channels, including radio, social media, and street advertising, to drive awareness and provide clear pathways for legal and responsible visa use.
