Financial stability is required, with an average annual turnover equivalent to or exceeding $5 million USD over the past three years. Compliance with local and international industry standards and regulations is mandatory, including ISO certifications. Proposals should include detailed technical specifications, demonstrating innovation and alignment with the project objectives of renewable energy facilitation.
