Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from member countries or territories of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). These include countries like Germany, Argentina, Barbados, Colombia, United States, among others, and territories such as the French Departments of Guadalupe, French Guiana, Martinique, and the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam. Firms must be registered with a Business Partner Number in the IDB's Procurement Portal. They can also form consortia/JVs to enhance their qualifications, designating one firm for primary communication. The submission should include a detailed Expression of Interest (EOI) with specific information on eligibility, experience, and qualifications. Firms associated with the proposal submission must demonstrate their technical capabilities and experience related to affordable housing and urban development projects.
