Objectives: The tender aims to enhance the capacity of beneficiary companies of the VABICUI project by providing entrepreneurial services that are both operational and strategic. It includes implementing systems to structure businesses and deploying ERP platforms to boost productivity, targeting key areas such as financial management, project management, human capital, and compliance. The end goal is to achieve a sustainable, competitive, and resilient business ecosystem in Côte d'Ivoire, contributing to emission reduction goals using agricultural waste and promoting more efficient and cleaner cooking methods.
