Objectives: The tender aims to evaluate the National Public Health Institute of Guinea's strategic plan for 2020-2024 and develop a new strategic plan for 2026-2030. The primary objective is to facilitate the revision of the institute's strategic plan by incorporating recent conceptual and contextual advances to guide the institute in addressing future health public challenges. This involves conducting a comprehensive assessment of the previous strategic plan, collecting relevant data to understand emerging trends, formulating strategic directions aligned with national priorities and sustainable development goals, and developing a detailed budget framework to ensure effective resource allocation and sustainability. The tender seeks to engage consultants with strategic vision and institutional capabilities to navigate the evolving landscape of public health post-pandemic and leverage new infrastructural capabilities.
