International Consultant to Solar Power Project Monitoring and Quality Assurance - Ministry of Health - South Sudan

Objectives: The assignment involves overseeing and ensuring the quality assurance of solar power systems installed in 20 health facilities across South Sudan. This is part of a Global Fund-supported health systems enhancement program. The consultant will ensure that these installations align with technical specifications and can reliably support healthcare services. Tasks include performance monitoring, identifying and addressing deficiencies, and aiding the local stakeholders in managing the systems. The ultimate goal is to deliver sustainable, reliable power to enhance healthcare delivery through solar energy in South Sudan.
