Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender include those from the member countries of the Pacific Alliance: Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Peru. The organization must be involved in sectors such as Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs), Science, Technology, Innovation, and related priority areas. The intended beneficiaries are governmental or intergovernmental agencies capable of executing regional cooperation activities. Organizations must demonstrate their capacity to implement the strategic projects and initiatives outlined for 2025 and contribute to regional integration under the auspices of the IDB. The initiative aligns with the National Development Plan 2022-2026, emphasizing integration with Latin American and Caribbean countries, promoting collective positions in multilateral forums, and enhancing economic and trade collaborations. The cooperation aims to comply with the 2030 Agenda SDGs, specifically Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Climate Action, and Partnerships for the Goals. The technical cooperation must fit within the strategic goals of the 2023-2026 National Strategy for International Cooperation, specifically institutional strengthening for managing international cooperation.
