Consultoría sobre Oportunidades para la Atracción de Nómadas Digitales a ciudades de la Comunidad Andina

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be from a member country or eligible territory of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to express interest. Eligible member countries include nations such as Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, and many others. Eligible territories include regions like Guadalupe, Martinique, the US Virgin Islands, Aruba, and others affiliated with certain member countries. Interested firms must have relevant experience and competence in consultancy services, especially in implementing methodological tools for attracting digital nomads, with a focus on Latin American cities. The firm should possess a multidisciplinary team with expertise in public policy design, international relations, cooperation, strategic planning, and economic analysis. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. The team is recommended to include at least four consultants—two seniors and two semi-seniors—with experience in relevant areas. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format via the IDB’s BEO Procurement portal before the specified deadline, and all firms must include their Business Partner Number for registration. Firms may also form consortia or joint ventures to enhance qualifications, designating one firm as the responsible representative. The consultancy firm will work under the coordination of the IDB's Private Sector, Synergies, and Trade Unit, ensuring active participation and strategic document preparation for smooth execution of tasks.
