Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations are those from countries permitted by the Inter-American Development Bank's procurement policies GN 2349-15. Interested bidders can gain further information from Executing Unit 002: Project Management and Capacity Building. All interested organizations should meet specific financial, experience, and technical requirements as detailed in the bidding documents. A preference margin will not be available for eligible national contractors. Participation is open to entities able to attend the scheduled informative meeting on August 18, 2025 and submit bids by September 29, 2025. Offers must be submitted with a maintenance declaration by the mentioned deadline.
