Eligibility criteria: Eligible bidders are those from countries eligible under the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) guidelines. The tender process will follow the International Public Bidding procedure established by IDB policies for the procurement of goods and works financed by the IDB. Bidders must meet financial, technical, and experience qualification requirements. Details are provided in the bidding documents. No preference margin will be granted to eligible national contractors. Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 PM on September 25, 2025, via email, with opening at 3:30 PM in the presence of representatives attending online through a link provided upon request. All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Declaration.
