Objectives: The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) seeks to contract a professional (Civil Engineer or Architect), hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor', to provide advisory, follow-up, supervision, and verification services. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with technical specifications, administrative activities, environmental requirements, legal and budgetary conditions as stipulated in the contract for the remodeling project of CABEI's offices in El Salvador. The contractor will also offer technical support for the development of documents and regulatory processes required for authorizations in various government offices. Upon project completion, the contractor will ensure all work is completed with the final stipulated finishes, equipment, fully operational systems, and accept the project with the contracted and expected quality.
