Comprehensive Assessment of the Purpose and Efficacy of Accountability to Affected Persons (AAP) Coordination Mechanisms for NGO’s in Afghanistan

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Accountability to Affected Persons (AAP) coordination mechanisms for NGOs operating in Afghanistan. This includes evaluating if the current AAP Working Group structure adequately supports NGOs' accountability and engagement with local communities and affected populations. The assessment aims to identify areas for improvement in terms of accountability, transparency, and local participation in humanitarian and development programs. The overarching goal is to enhance coordination among NGOs and ensure that the existing and future AAP coordination bodies serve their intended purpose effectively, supporting local actors and Afghan communities.
