  1. The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payment of Procurement of Survey Devices for Green Parcel Survey.
  2. The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab now invites sealed bids along with value of bids security of PKR. 3,000,000/- from eligible bidders having relevant experience for the said procurement.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website.
  5. The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the website: https://pulse.gop.pk/.
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours February 04, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on February 04, 2026 at 1100 hours. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of required value in shape of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee.
