Description - Replacement of Fueling Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0270 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Replacement of Fueling Equipment. Looking to replace existing system of two fueling pedestals with upgraded (Brand Name or Equal OPW) system.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237120  The small business size standard is $45.0 million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

All offers must be sent to Contracting Specialist Shane Pope at shane.pope@usda.gov no later than 10 April 2026 at 0800 hrs CDT.  

A mandatory site visit is scheduled at the facility location on 02 April 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. coordination must be made with Lynn Gloekler lynn.gloekler@usda.gov  402-762-4132 NLT 01 April 2026 at 15:00 hrs PM CDT
