Agricultural machinery, equipment, and a transformer for the State Forestry Enterprise and CIGs districts of N. Khusrawa, Kubodien, and Zafarobod

RFB No: TRLRP-G-CIG-FA-2.1-2.4-0526

  1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contractTRLRP-G-CIG-FA-2.1-2.4-0526– Agricultural machinery, equipment, and a transformer for the State Forestry Enterprise and CIGs districts of N. Khusrawa, Kubodien, and Zafarobod.
  2. Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for agricultural machinery, equipment, and a transformer for the State Forestry Enterprise and CIGs districts of N. Khusrawa, Kubodien, and Zafarobod.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 of the Guidelines for the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Center for implementation of investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, E-mail: resilient.proc@gmail.comand inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00-17:00 at the address 77 S.Abdulloev str., Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
  5. The bidding document in Russian language may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application-formal letter to the address below:

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below:

State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 40 Rudaki avenue, Dushanbecity, Republic of Tajikistan, on or before15:00 Tajikistan time, 01 May 2026.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below: State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 40 Rudaki avenue, Dushanbe city, Republic of Tajikistan, on 15:00 Tajikistan time, 01 May 2026.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the Bidding Documents:

Lot 1 - Tractors and related equipment - 11,330.00 Tajik somoni;

Lot 2 - Special machinery - 109,500.00 Tajik somoni;

Lot 3 - Small mechanization and electrical equipment - 20,240.00 Tajik somoni.
