Introduction
Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) en Union des Comores lance un appel d'offres (ITB) ouvert pour la réalisation des travaux de construction du nouveau bâtiment de la Direction Régionale de la Sécurité Civile (DRSC), situé à Fomboni, sur l'île de Mohéli. Ce projet d'infrastructure stratégique s'inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement des capacités nationales de préparation et de réponse aux catastrophes. Les travaux prévus, d'une durée d'exécution estimée à douze (12) mois, englobent la construction complète du bâtiment (gros œuvre, second œuvre, lots techniques et aménagements) destiné à abriter, entre autres, la salle des opérations d’urgence.
Nous invitons les entreprises de construction nationales et internationales qualifiées, justifiant d'une expérience avérée dans des projets similaires et disposant des capacités financières requises, à soumettre leur offre.
