Niue

Niue is a self-governing island state in free association with New Zealand, with a very small population and limited domestic economic base. Tourism, niche agriculture and digital services initiatives provide modest economic activity. Development priorities focus on renewable energy, connectivity improvements and climate resilience. Demographic constraints, geographic isolation and high service delivery costs remain structural challenges to sustainable growth.
