Request for Proposal (RFP): # UKR 2008/04
Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: RFP for the provision of consultancy services Feasibility Study for Programme of coal bed methane utilisation in Lugansk Oblast through the Kyoto protocol mechanisms.
1. You are requested to submit a proposal for consultancy services under UNDP project entitled “Sustainable Development Programme of Lugansk Oblast”, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).
2. To facilitate the submission of a proposal, you are kindly invited to visit UNDP Ukraine Procurement webpage at http://www.un.kiev.ua/bc/tenders/ , where you will find all the relevant documentation enabling you to submit a proposal.
3. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than April 11th, 2008 at 16.00 hrs (local time).

4. If you request additional information, we would endeavour to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
