Project / Notice: RFP for Privileged Access Management System Technology Refresh
Status: open
Section: General Service
Type: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ( RFP )
Description
The Bank has been using PAMS for approximately five years to manage privileged accounts, secure administrative access, and support audit and compliance requirements. Over this period, PAMS has become a critical component of the Bank's identity security framework, providing centralized control and oversight of privileged access to critical systems and infrastructure. As the Bank's technology landscape continues to expand, with increasing adoption of applications, cloud services, infrastructure platforms, and digital capabilities, the volume and complexity of privileged accounts requiring management and oversight have also increased. The current platform requires significant effort for deployment, upgrade, maintenance, and day-to-day operation, while providing limited automation for privileged account discovery, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting. It also lacks advanced AI-assisted capabilities for anomaly detection, risk analysis, and policy recommendations.
The objective of this project is to establish a future-ready PAMS platform that strengthens the management and governance of privileged access, enhances automation and utilization of AI-assisted capabilities, and supports the Bank's evolving technology and cybersecurity requirements, while achieving long-term cost optimization.
