RFP No. UNFPA/UZB/2014/02, Provision of Event Management Services to the UNFPA CO in Uzbekistan.
In order to achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale while ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNFPA office in Uzbekistan (UNFPA ) decided to enter into Long Term Agreement (LTA) with two or more Event Management companies to serve all its needs and service requirements with regard to organization of different events.
Estimated amount of event related services will be around USD 350,000. The LTA (s) shall not guarantee an estimate volume of services to be requested and UNFPA reserves the right to use services of other companies if there will be competitive offer.
