RFP No. UNFPA/UZB/2014/01, Provision of Catering Services to the UNFPA CO in Uzbekistan.

The UNFPA CO in Tashkent/Uzbekistan plans to negotiate contract(s) for a period of one year with possible extension up to two years in case of the successful provision of catering services with qualified Companies hereinafter referred as Agent(s).
UNFPA CO is conducting a number of trainings/seminars/conferences in Tashkent and different regions of Uzbekistan in the venues provided by the national partners as in kind contribution. Such training activities require provision of food catering services for the participants of the events. The total annual volume of catering expected in 2014 by UNFPA is about 12,000 person/day. Although there is no expected catering budget, the volume of such services in the years to come is expected to remain at the comparatively similar levels. The Contract shall be ‘non exclusive’ and not impose a minimum guarantee on volume sales on the part of UNFPA.
