Description
UNFPA Cambodia is seeking qualified offers to review of Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) Improvement Plan 2010-2015. You are kindly invited to submit your best technical and financial offer for the requested services. Your bid could form the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and the UNFPA.
Proposals should be developed based on the detailed Terms of Reference which is available in the Annex III. The technical bid containing the technical information shall be submitted separately from the financial bid.
Your proposals shall be submitted according with the Instructioin to Bidder (Annex I) to UNFPA Country Office: 225, Street Pasteur, Boeng Keng Kong I, Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Deadline for receiving proposal is 9th June 2014, 17.00 Hours, local time.
