The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Egypt, under the auspices of its Procurement Office and Office of Economic Growth, invites an exchange of information to identify capabilities and acquisition strategy that may inform pursuit of the subject Workforce Improvement and Skill Enhancement (WISE) effort, under the following topics for a possible engagement with optional year(s) performance:
• Incorporating Egyptian subject matter experts and entities into the work;
• Best practices for performance requirements, e.g., which milestones and performance indicators and effecting mid-stream changes thereof; which performance objectives; quality assurance plan, which tasks, etc.
• Statement of objectives that work for the Egypt scenario and concomitant considerations of inspection/acceptance by the USAID;
• What baseline data to create meaningful evaluation;
• What award evaluation criteria; and;
• Reports as priced contract line items and their formats.
