The consulting services ("the Services") include the technical assistance to PJSC "Ukrtransgaz" through supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of PJSC "Ukrtransgaz" in their actions toward preparation and effective implementation of the project "Reconstruction, capital repairs and technical re-equipping of the main gas pipeline Urengoy – Pomary - Uzhgorod"  including design and all issues related to environment and social, procurement, financial and accounting management and disbursement according to the applicable EBRD and EIB rules for project implementation.

The PJSC "UKRTRANSGAZ" now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: experience in developing tender documents for the contracts operated by the National Oil and Gas Companies (or their subsidiaries) on construction / rehabilitation of main and trunk gas pipelines and above-ground installations including compressor stations, pigging stations and other auxiliary facilities, made on the basis of FІDІC/WB/ADB contracts and standard EBRD  tender documentation or other IFIs; experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment process in line with IFIs standards. Consultant has to provide the experts group with required qualification.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers (current edition) ("Consultant Guidelines"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a subconsultancy to enhance their qualifications.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the QCBS method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
