Expresiones de Interés para el estudio:
Plan Director de Drenaje Pluvial de la ciudad de Paraná con Proyecto Ejecutivo en el Municipio de Paraná - Provincia de Entre Ríos
Metodología conforme a los Términos de Referencia
El MUNICIPIO DE PARANÁ, ENTRE RÍOS y La SECRETARÍA DE ASUNTOS MUNICIPALES del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR Y TRANSPORTE suscribieron un CONVENIO SUBSIDIARIO para el financiamiento del estudio “PLAN DIRECTOR DE DRENAJE PLUVIAL DE LA CIUDAD DE PARANÁ CON PROYECTO EJECUTIVO.
La SECRETARÍA, a través de la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE PREINVERSIÓN MUNICIPAL asignará los recursos provenientes del Préstamo BID 2851 OC-AR para el financiamiento de dicho estudio.
En este marco se inicia el proceso licitatorio para contratar los servicios de consultoría para la elaboración del estudio.
El presupuesto total estimado es de dólares estadounidenses cuatrocientos cincuenta mil (U$S 450.000).
Periodo de ejecución: ocho (8) meses.
Las entidades podrán asociarse con el fin de mejorar sus calificaciones.
Las entidades interesadas deberán remitir hasta las 12.00 horas del día 25/11/2015, la siguiente información:
a) Una manifestación escrita y firmada de su interés en particular
b) Documentación legal de la sociedad: copia del estatuto y/o contrato social o antecedentes legales en caso de no ser firma consultora
c) Comprobante escrito y firmado de la intención de conformar consorcio (de corresponder)
d) Lista de trabajos similares en complejidad técnica, ejecutados en los últimos cinco (5) años, indicando: lugar, descripción de los trabajos realizados, duración del proyecto, monto aproximado del contrato, equipo de trabajo asignado, contacto actualizado (nombre y teléfono). Solicitar planilla inserta en la información complementaria al correo: subsecretariadeinfraestructura@gmail.com
e) Todo otro dato que considere de utilidad.
La documentación deberá ser presentada en formato papel y digital: un original en formato papel y una copia en formato digital, en idioma español, en la Subsecretaría de Infraestructura de la Municipalidad de Paraná, Domicilio: Av. Ramírez y Echagüe 3º Piso, Paraná, Entre Ríos, República Argentina.
Los objetivos generales y específicos de la contratación podrán ser consultados por los interesados, solicitando el Informe Complementario al Aviso de Expresiones de Interés a: subsecretariadeinfraestructura@gmail.com
La firma consultora será seleccionada conforme los procedimientos indicados en las Políticas para Selección y Contratación de Consultores financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, edición GN 2350-9, mediante el método de Selección Basada en la Calidad y Costo (SBCC).
