The International Telecommunication Union (hereafter the ITU), is pleased to invite your company to submit a bid for the following Call for Bids No. PROC-B-10480-12-TSB “Development of a web based e-learning Course For ITU-T Meeting Procedures”. 

The bid shall be based on the attached Terms of Reference Annex1 and should be submitted to ITU, in accordance with the ITU general conditions cited in Annex2.

Deadline for reply:  Tuesday 3 April 2012.
