SE EXTIENDE EL PLAZO PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE PROPUESTAS HASTA EL 15 DE MAYO 2016.

Descripción de la Consultoría: “Servicios de consultoría para realizar la Evaluación Final del Proyecto (consultor nacional)".

Duración estimada del Contrato: Estimada de 2.5  meses  Fecha de inicio: Abril 2016   Fecha de Término: Junio 2016.

Número y Título del Proyecto: 00071603 “Transformar el manejo de bosques de producción comunitarios ricos en biodiversidad, a través del fortalecimiento de las capacidades nacionales para el uso de instrumentos basados en el mercado”

Objetivo: El/la consultor/a deberá analizar el nivel de implementación del proyecto; revisar los logros obtenidos para alcanzar los objetivos y resultados programados; evaluar la pertinencia, eficacia, eficiencia, impacto y la sostenibilidad de los resultados; y extraer lecciones y recomendaciones que ayuden a asegurar la sostenibilidad de los beneficios del proyecto, así como ayudar en la mejora general de la operación del PNUD y de la CONAFOR. La Evaluación Final se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con los lineamientos, normas y procedimientos establecidos por el PNUD y el GEF como se refleja en la Guía PNUD de Evaluación para orientar Evaluaciones Finales de proyectos apoyados por el GEF

Nombre del Supervisor de los Productos/Servicios: Director del Programa de Desarrollo Sustentable, y, Director Nacional del Proyecto.

Descripción de Viajes: un viaje a Ciudad de México y a Guadalajara, Jalisco para la realización del levantamiento de información, y la presentación de resultados preliminares.  Duración promedio del viaje 7 días.

Adicionalmente, a partir de  la aprobación del programa de trabajo se definirá la necesidad y pertinencia de viajes a campo en las regiones en las que opera el proyecto.

Lugar de trabajo: A distancia con presencia física en los momentos antes descritos.

Forma de Pagos: Contra la entrega y aprobación de productos y/o servicios.

Los viajes a campo, se acordarán en la reunión de arranque de acuerdo a los criterios metodológicos que establezca el consultor y los aspectos logísticos que se definan en conjunto. Los costos de dichos viajes correrán a cuenta del Proyecto.
