1. The TURKISH ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION CORPORATION (TEİAŞ) has received a Loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in various currencies. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for 154 kV Selçuk Gas Insulated Substation (GIS).

2. The TURKISH ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION CORPORATION (TEİAŞ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of following Work: Supply of substation Goods testing, transport, delivery, services required at customs and storage at site, engineering and design services, complete erection, construction, installation, supervision, civil works, commissioning, site testing and handing over in satisfactory operating condition of 154 kV Selçuk Gas Insulated Substation (GIS). International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's Single-Stage Bidding Procedure.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of
