Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
   

The main objectives of this assignment are: 1) Support PHOs to develop an Action Plan on Quality Management & Quality Improvement (QM & QI) for health facilities of 5 provinces, period from 2015 to 2019. 2) Based upon the national benchmarks for quality in CHS and hospitals, the consulting firm will support PHOs and District Health Office (DHO) to monitor and evaluate quality of health care service in health facilities of 5 project provinces 3) Pilot the model of quality management in 10 hospitals (5 provincial and 5 district hospitals) which receive medical equipment provided by the projects. 4) To support strengthening the Continuing Education System (in service training) and to improve capacity for both CHS & hospital managers and staff of 5 project provinces 5) To support maintenance of human resource data based at provincial level, including data on in service training
