Descripción del servicio: Consultoría para el apoyo al desarrollo de rutas de instrumentación de las contribuciones nacionalmente determinadas en materia de absorción y mitigación de Gases y Compuestos de Efecto Invernadero (GyCEI) en el sector de uso del suelo, cambio de uso del suelo y silvicultura (USCUSS) en México, como insumo para la Sexta Comunicación Nacional de Cambio Climático.

Duración estimada del Contrato: 12 meses             Fecha de inicio:  junio de 2016            Fecha de Término: junio 2017

Número y Título del Proyecto: 00085488 Sexta Comunicación Nacional de México ante la Convención Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático.

Objetivo:Elaborar elementos técnicos para la instrumentación de las acciones de mitigación de las Contribuciones Determinadas Nacionalmente en el sector como parte de la 6ta Comunicación Nacional de México, con el objeto de informar acerca de las acciones nacionales previstas para enfrentar el cambio climático, teniendo como referencia los escenarios de mitigación que el país tiene previstos para reducir GEI de los sectores.

Nombre del Supervisor de los Productos/Servicios: Coordinadora del Proyecto  y Coordinadora  General de Cambio Climático y Desarrollo Bajo en Carbono-INECC (CGCCBC).

Descripción de Viajes: Se requerirán salidas de campo a las regiones que se identifiquen en el plan de trabajo que se acuerde con la CGCCBC) para la aplicación de entrevistas con actores clave del sector. El oferente deberá contemplar los viajes que considere necesarios, en el tiempo establecido en estos términos de referencia, para la consecución de su propuesta técnica.

Lugar de trabajo: A distancia y en el INECC según se requiera.

Forma de Pagos: Se efectuarán 5 pagos contra entrega y aceptación de los productos/servicios por parte del Coordinador del Proyecto.
