To design, fabricate and install appropriate items in the lobby areas of the U.S. Agency for International Development headquarters building to provide agency identification and convey a general sense of the agencies mission to people who use or pass through the lobby.

A site visit has been set for Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at 10:00 am. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
