Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

On 26 July 2016 at 14:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rdfloor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message toleonid.mazilu@undp.org by COB on 25 July 2016.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
