Investigative Mission on the Dredger TSHD MACUTI after Collision in Mozambique - Mozambique

Description:
In June 2013, the dredger MSHC MACUTI was handed over to the National Dredging Company of Mozambique EMODRAGA. The project was financed by a loan via Danida Business Finance. On 27th June 2016 TSHC MACUTI collided with a huge tanker in the Beira Canal, with severe damage to the Dredger, which began to sink. An investigative mission has to be undertaken, salvaging of the vessel, establishment of an Action Plan including budget must be prepared. The International Expert must start work immediately after signature of contract, i.e. mid-August 2016. Vast experience from repairs of water-filled engine rooms caused by collisions, groundings, fire or similar is required, among others.

Maximum budget is 1,000,000 DKK.
