Adquisición de Equipamiento Tecnológico para  Progresando con Solidaridad (PROSOLI)
Licitación Pública  Internacional 02-2016

El Gabinete de Coordinación de Políticas Sociales  ha recibido financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo para financiar el costo del Proyecto de Apoyo a la Consolidación del Sistema de Protección Social, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este financiamiento para efectuar los pagos bajo el Contrato No. 2733/OC-DR.

El Proyecto de Apoyo al Programa de Protección Social invita a los Oferentes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas de acuerdo al siguiente detalle: Lote 1: 2,000 Tabletas Lote 2: Equipos Informáticos.

La licitación se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Licitación Pública Internacional (LPI) establecidos en la publicación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo titulada Políticas para la Adquisición de Obras y Bienes financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, y está abierta a todos los Oferentes de países elegibles, según se definen en dichas normas.

Los Oferentes elegibles que estén interesados podrán obtener información adicional de esta licitación, así como adquirir un juego completo de los Documentos de Licitación en español de forma gratuita, en la dirección indicada al final de este Llamado.

Los requisitos de calificaciones incluyen Requisitos técnicos, financieros y legales. No se otorgará un Margen de Preferencia a contratistas nacionales elegibles. Mayores detalles se proporcionan en los Documentos de Licitación. 

Las ofertas deberán hacerse llegar a la dirección indicada debajo el día 13 de septiembre de 2016 a más tardar a  las 10:00 a.m. hora de República Dominicana. Ofertas electrónicas no serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas.  Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los Oferentes que deseen asistir en persona en la dirección indicada al final de este Llamado a las 10:30 a.m. del día 13 de septiembre de 2016. Todas las ofertas deberán estar acompañadas de la “Declaración de Mantenimiento de la Oferta”.
