This bidding process is a joint effort of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban-Treaty Organization, and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The Services are required in support of the Organizations’ determination of post-employment and other long-term employee liabilities for financial statement disclosure, in line with the requirements of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
