Dear Prospective Offeror:
The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kosovo, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement Transparent, Effective and Accountable Municipalities (TEAM) activity in Kosovo, as described in this solicitation.
This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1) and all types of organizations are eligible to compete. USAID/Kosovo anticipates awarding one cost plus award-fee type contract as a result of this solicitation covering an estimated period of five (5) years from the date of contract award.
Questions and Proposals must be submitted only electronically via e-mail on or before the due dates stipulated above, to Dukagjin Hasani at: dhasani@usaid.gov and Ethan Takahashi at: etakahashi@usaid.gov and must conform to all requirements outlined in the solicitation. USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
