Overview: 

Sale of a LOT of office furniture. For the full list of articles please refer to Annex 1 - List or articles for sale.

  • The furniture can be inspected in the period 10 October – 18 October 2016, between 09:00 and 17:00 at the following address: # 205, 29 Sfatul Tarii Street, Chisinau;
  • The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received;
  • The sale of individual items is not accepted, only as a LOT;
  • Bids, prepared in accordance with the form below, shall be submitted in Moldovan Lei, in sealed envelopes to UN Women Moldova at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 13:00 (local time) on 21 October 2016. The bids shall be marked with the note “Office Furniture”. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered. Offers can also be submitted electronically to the following email address: [email protected];
  • UN Women Moldova reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reasons for doing so;
  • Payment shall be made by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment;
  • The buyer agrees that the furniture is sold “as is, where is”, in its present technical state without any written guarantees;
  • The sold furniture is not subject to return or exchange;
  • UN Women Moldova will provide a receipt that will serve as the official bill of sale.
  • The furniture shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price;
  • Payment and receipt of furniture shall be done within five working days following the announcement of the winner;
  • UN Women Moldova shall not bear the responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold furniture;
  • The buyer shall bear all related expenses for pick up and transportation of the sold furniture.

 Instrucţiuni şi Condiţii de Vânzare 

  • Examinarea mobilierului poate fi efectuată în perioada 10 October - 18 Octombrie 2016, între orele 09:00 şi 17:00, la următoarea adresă: Sfatul Țării nr. 29, biroul nr. 205, Chişinău;
  • Mobilierul va fi vândut licitantului care va propune cel mai mare preţ, în baza ofertelor primite;
  • Vânzarea articolelot de mobilier separate nu se acceptă, doar ca un singur LOT;
  • Ofertele pregătite în conformitate cu formularul de mai jos vor fi prezentate în lei moldovenești, în plicuri sigilate la sediul UN Women Moldova, situat la adresa: 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012, Chisinau, nu mai târziu de ora 13:00 (ora locală), la 21 octombrie 2016. Ofertele trebuie să poarte inscripţia “Mobilier pentru Oficiu”. Ofertele expediate după termenul-limită sau prezentate în plicuri nesigilate nu vor participa la licitaţie. Ofertele pot fi prezentate, de asemenea, în format electronic la următoarea adresă: [email protected];
  • UN Women Moldova îşi rezervă dreptul de a respinge orice ofertă fără a prezenta justificări;
  • Plata se va efectua prin transfer bancar, în lei moldoveneşti, la rata de schimb stabilită de ONU în ziua de plată;
  • Cumpărătorul acceptă ca mobilierul să fie vândut „în starea curentă şi având amplasarea actuală”, în starea tehnică în care se află la moment şi fără anumite garanţii în formă scrisă;
  • Mobilierul vândut nu poate fi returnat sau schimbat;
  • UN Women Moldova va oferi o adeverinţă care va servi drept contract oficial de vânzare.
  • Mobilierul va fi predat doar după achitarea completă a preţului oferit în cadrul licitaţiei;
  • Plata şi ridicarea mobilieruliu se va efectua în decurs de cinci zile lucrătoare după anunţarea câştigătorului licitaţiei;
  • UN Women Moldova nu va purta răspunderea pentru lucrările de reparaţie sau orice alte modificări efectuate mobilierului vândut;
  • Cumpărătorul va suporta toate cheltuielile legate colectarea și transportare mobilierului vândut.
